Roofs in Arau: What to Know

Student rentals, family homes and kampung houses in Arau can all leak once tiles shift or zinc works loose. For landlords, a small leak quickly turns into a big complaint from tenants. Send photos of the roof and the affected ceiling on WhatsApp with your location, and we will give you an initial estimate.

Arau is the royal town of Perlis and a university campus area, so it has a mix of terrace estates, rental houses and kampung homes around the paddy fields. Dry-season heat early in the year, followed by heavy rain, cracks and shifts roof tiles. Rentals that owners seldom inspect often leak for a long time before anyone notices.
