Kuala Nerus, Terengganu

Roofs in Kuala Nerus: What to Know

Even newer terraces in Kuala Nerus can leak, often at tile joints, around pipe openings or on a flat concrete roof over a kitchen extension. If damp patches appear on the ceiling or upper walls, we can help trace them. Photograph the roof outside and the stained ceiling inside, send them on WhatsApp, and we will give you an initial estimate.

Kuala Nerus lies across the Terengganu River from Kuala Terengganu and has grown with newer terrace and semi-detached estates alongside coastal villages. Many homes have concrete tile roofs and some have added flat-roofed kitchens, while the monsoon wind off the sea brings heavy rain from November to January.
