Roofs in Wangsa Maju: What to Know

Building managers and home owners in Wangsa Maju face the same leak complaints every rainy season. On an apartment block, one damaged section of roof can affect several top-floor units at once. Send photos of the roof, the affected ceilings and the building's location on WhatsApp, and we will give an initial estimate before a free inspection.

Wangsa Maju is made up of many blocks of flats and apartments built in several phases, alongside terrace houses. Older blocks often combine flat concrete sections, pitched roofs and long gutter runs that need regular upkeep.
