Roofs in Nilai: What to Know

Nilai puts factories, warehouses, campuses and new housing estates side by side, and every one of them depends on a watertight roof. In a factory a leak can damage machines and stock; at home it ruins ceilings and furniture. Send roof and ceiling photos on WhatsApp with the premises' location, and we will give an initial estimate before a free inspection.

Nilai has large industrial areas with metal-deck-roofed factories and warehouses, alongside terrace estates and student rental houses. Wide metal deck roofs rely on screws, sealed laps and gutters that can handle heavy afternoon rain.
