Roofs in Bukit Mertajam: What to Know

Is the yellow stain on your Bukit Mertajam terrace ceiling growing after every storm? That usually means water has been seeping in for a while, perhaps from a shifted tile or a gutter full of leaves. Take a few photos of the roof from outside and the ceiling from inside, then WhatsApp them to us for a first estimate.

Bukit Mertajam has a town centre of older shophouses surrounded by terrace estates from several decades and newer housing areas. Older terraces here are mostly tiled, while newer homes still run into trouble at roof joints and gutters during afternoon storms.
