Roofs in Beseri: What to Know

Kampung houses in Beseri that have been lived in for generations often have zinc roofs patched here and there. Once the old patches give up, leaks appear in several places at once. Send photos of the whole roof and the wet ceiling on WhatsApp, and we will help you judge whether repair or replacement makes more sense.

Beseri is a rural area in inland Perlis, with kampung houses, paddy fields and hills nearby. Many older homes have zinc over timber trusses, patched many times over the years. The long Perlis dry season dries out and cracks those patches before the heavy rain arrives.
