Roofs in Setia Alam: What to Know

Homes in Setia Alam are relatively new, so a leak often catches owners by surprise. It usually comes from cracked ridge mortar, flashing that no longer sits tight, or an added roof over the car porch. Send roof and ceiling photos on WhatsApp and we will give you an initial estimate before the on-site inspection.

Setia Alam is a newer township between Shah Alam and Klang, with terraces, semi-detached and cluster homes under concrete tile roofs. Many owners add polycarbonate or metal deck roofs over the car porch and back yard, and the joint where those meet the house wall must be properly flashed.
