Roofs in Putrajaya: What to Know

Most homes in Putrajaya are not very old, yet tile and flat roofs still start leaking after years of sun and rain. If an upstairs ceiling begins to stain or water drips from a ceiling light, switch it off and look for the cause. Send roof and ceiling photos on WhatsApp, and we will give an initial estimate before a free inspection.

Putrajaya is a planned city whose residential precincts hold terrace houses, semi-detached homes, bungalows and apartments, mostly with tiled roofs. Wide open spaces leave roofs exposed to afternoon storm winds, and loose ridge tiles are a frequent leak source.
