Roofs in Simpang Empat: What to Know

Water marks creeping down the wall below the roof of your Simpang Empat home often come from a blocked gutter or joint, not necessarily a broken roof sheet. Knowing the cause first saves unnecessary work. Send photos of the roof, the gutters and the wet wall on WhatsApp for an initial estimate.

Simpang Empat is a small Perlis town surrounded by paddy fields, with kampung houses and terrace estates. Roofs on flat, open land like this take dry-season heat and afternoon storms with no shelter. In older kampung houses, the timber trusses and the zinc above them need to be checked together.
